Products are eligible for a full refund (less any shipping fees and/or tax) if returned within 14 days of delivery date.
If any return does not meet the requirements above, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Limerence takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
UPS – Domestic Ground: 5-7 business days
UPS – Worldwide Express: International shipping may take up to 2 weeks. All applicable customs fees, taxes & duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars and charged in U.S. dollars.
Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 14 working days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email.
